1. How does the HavenVita Filter Bottle work?

Our bottle uses an ultra-fine microfiltration system combined with natural coconut shell carbon to remove 99.99% of bacteria, parasites, and microplastics. Simply fill the bottle from any freshwater source — the built-in filter purifies water instantly as you sip.


2. What kind of water can I use with it?

You can safely use water from streams, rivers, taps, or lakes. The filter removes harmful contaminants and improves taste, making it ideal for hiking, camping, or travel.
(Note: not suitable for saltwater.)


3. How long does the filter last?

Each filter can purify up to 10,000 liters (about 2,600 gallons) of water.
Filter lifespan depends on water quality — cleaner sources help it last longer.


4. Can I replace the filter?

Yes. The HavenVita Filter Bottle features a replaceable filter system. Replacement filters will be available directly on our website soon.


5. Does the filter affect water taste?

Absolutely — in a good way! The coconut shell carbon layer improves taste by reducing chlorine, odors, and organic compounds, giving you fresh, natural-tasting water wherever you are.


6. Is the bottle safe and durable?

Yes. Our bottles are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials that are lightweight yet tough, designed to withstand outdoor use and everyday travel.


7. How do I clean the bottle?

To clean, remove the filter and wash the bottle with warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents or boiling water, as they can damage the filter.


8. What is your shipping policy?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.


9. What is your return policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
